Refund Policy

You can request a full refund of The Sky Decides if both of the following are true:

• 01It has been less than 14 days since you bought it.
• 02You have played for less than 2 hours in total, across every device you have activated.

Playtime is measured by the launcher and recorded against your license key, so we can check it without you having to prove anything. If you are inside both limits, the refund is granted — we do not ask why.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank. Your license key is revoked when the refund is issued, and the game will no longer activate with it.

If you are past 14 days or over 2 hours, you are outside the automatic policy — but if the game is broken for you, that is a bug, not a refund question, and we would rather fix it. Tell us what happened and we will look at it. A game that does not run on your machine is our problem regardless of what a policy says.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you have where you live. Where local consumer law gives you more than this, the law wins.
